problem instal pasteque server

It seems (unlike said in php.net) that sem_* is not compatible with Windows. I cannot check. As a quick fix try removing the 3 lines referring to semaphores if you are alone on your server.

Database is partialy created. Try to empty the current one so you can try to create a new one.

If you selected UK type, there may be some bugs : it's rarely used :)
